CROSS-REGISTRATION INFORMATION

TEACHER’S COLLEGE
If the course requires instructor permission, students must secure approval via the instructor’s signature on an Add/Drop form. If no instructor approval is needed, then you must follow the next step. Submit an Exception to Academic Policies form, signed by your Academic Advisor, to Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs Marianne Yoshioka in Room 611. Then bring both signed forms to the Social Work Office of Student Services, Room 525. Your registration will not be processed without both signed and completed forms.

Cross-registration for TC classes is held during the Add/Drop period.

This form must be signed by a representative of the Public Health student academic affairs staff, and then you will need to bring it to the Social Work Office of Student Services, Room 525. Cross registration is done on paper and during change of program period.
